Out of moments of our own inadequacy and powerlessness regarding the current global polycrisis grew the need to connect with colleagues from the person-centred and experiential field. We started by asking colleagues with whom we share different personal connections, if they would like to share what it is like for them to be "bearing voices" in their lives and field. Our wish was to create fertile ground for future-oriented ideas, projects, connections, and possibilities of being.

After the initial conversations, we realized that what we experienced could be empowering and inspiring to others in our community, too. The map of people we want to talk to has expanded, and we try to take into account the different backgrounds, visions, and specialties our dialogue partners bring to the table.

Our approach is to share our 'resonance talks' without editing or optimizing, and in full length (about 45–55 min.). This authentic approach could be experienced as a positive quality - or as an imposition. Our process has just begun, and we plan on continuing to open spaces.
